The corrugated folder gluer machine is used in corrugated box plants to fold and glue carton blanks into finished cartons. It is used for corrugated box making from the 3-ply corrugator line and 5-ply corrugated board production line, and the 7-ply corrugated box making machine. This machine is also called a carton gluing machine. The carton blank enters the folder gluer machine after being processed by the Flexo Printer Slotter Die Cutter.
Our machine can also connect to a fully automatic bundling machine and an automatic stacker. This creates a continuous process from gluing to bundling and stacking.

The corrugated folder-gluer machine includes four working units.
Feeding Unit
The feeding unit takes die-cut and creased carton blanks from the stack one by one. In this step, it feeds them into the next process.
Folding Gluing Unit
This unit is the main processing section of the folder gluer machine. It completes the pre-folding, folding, and gluing of carton blanks. The guide rails and folding devices move the carton blanks and gradually fold them along the crease lines. Glue is applied to the specified position.
Counting and Stacking Unit
This unit conveys, counts, and stacks the folded and glued cartons. It also uses automatic alignment correction to keep the output stable.
Automatic Bundling Section
(Optional configuration)
For machines with automatic bundling, the counted and stacked cartons are bundled for easier handling and transportation.
Stable Feeding
Vacuum feeding keeps carton blanks stable and smooth. It helps reduce feeding problems during continuous production.
Flexible Folding
Adjustable creasing wheels support 2–8 mm corrugated board thickness. You can handle different carton requirements more easily.

Automatic Stacking
Our machine is convenient for automatic counting, alignment, and stacking. It helps reduce manual handling and makes bundling and transportation easier.
The carton blanks are placed in the feeding section. The feeding system takes them from the stack one by one. It feeds the blanks into the next process accurately and steadily.
The carton blanks enter the folding section. They are pre-folded along the crease lines. The blanks gradually form the carton shape.
During folding, the gluing device applies glue to the specified overlapping area. The carton blanks continue moving forward. Each part gradually folds and bonds together.
After folding and gluing, the carton blanks enter the pressing area. The conveyor belts and pressing devices move and press the cartons. The overlapping parts are fully bonded.
The finished cartons continue moving forward. They are counted and stacked according to the preset quantity. For machines with automatic bundling, the cartons can also be bundled automatically.
