Paper Roll Handling Automation
An RFID paper roll identification system is available as an option. It reads paper roll information and exchanges data with the paper roll management system.
The automatic splicer connects a new paper roll without stopping the production line. The automatic bridge tension and alignment control system uses non-contact detection to correct the position of single-faced corrugated board. Its alignment accuracy can reach ±1 mm.
Line Operation Automation
The centralized control system connects the main equipment, including the single facer, glue machine, double facer, slitter scorer, cut-off machine, and stacker. It allows these machines to work together as one production line.
The glue machine adjusts the glue amount according to the production line speed. The double facer uses PLC control to adjust the number of pressure rollers on the heating plates and the pressure according to different paper types.
Order Processing Automation
The computer slitter scorer adjusts the slitting and creasing positions according to preset parameters. Some models also have an automatic order changeover function. For example, the thin blade slitter scorer can change orders in 1–3 seconds.
The NC cut-off machine cuts corrugated board to the set length. It works with the slitter scorer to meet different board specifications.
Finished Board Stacking Automation
After cross-cutting, corrugated board enters the automatic stacking system for counting and stacking. The boards are then conveyed for storage, transportation, or prepared corrugated box making. The automatic gantry stacker supports automatic order changeover and lateral board output.
