The machine has a glue level control system, an automatic glue supply system, and a glue circulation system. The glue amount can be adjusted according to different paper requirements.

AG-BZJ-L Series

Our AG-BZJ-L series uses a spring-loaded front lay positioning structure. The bottom sheet is fed by suction and controlled by a dual-servo system.

The machine is equipped with a pre-stacking device. Its steel rollers are balanced and tested.

This series is suitable for 3-ply and 5-ply corrugated board. The maximum thickness of the bottom sheet is 8 mm. Three models are available: BZJ-1300L, BZJ-1450L, and BZJ-1600L.

Feeding System

The automatic flute laminator feeds the linerboard and bottom sheet separately to the laminating section. The AG-BZJ-L series uses a feeder mechanism. Registration System

Working Principle of Automatic Flute Laminator Machine

The fully automatic flute laminating machine completes the lamination of linerboard and corrugated board through four steps: feeding, gluing, registration and laminating, and pressing.

Automatic Feeding

Linerboard and corrugated board are sent into the machine separately through the feeding mechanism. Then, they enter the subsequent processing section.
Gluing

As the bottom sheet passes through the gluing mechanism, glue is applied evenly to the bonding surface. Next, the bottom sheet enters the positioning section. The amount of glue can be adjusted according to the laminating requirements of the paper.
Registration & Laminating

Linerboard and the bottom sheet are aligned by the registration mechanism and then fed into the laminating section according to the set position.
Pressing & Delivery

The laminated board is pressed and conveyed to complete the bonding of the liner paper and corrugated board. It is then discharged from the machine.
