With one-time feeding of corrugated sheets, the line enables continuous box production and directly produces RSC cartons and custom die-cut boxes. This series is designed for large-format boxes and high-volume production. Its maximum design speed can reach 350 sheets/min. This machine is suitable for large box plants handling high-volume orders.
The HS-B Series is a standard high-speed line. It has a maximum design speed of 300 sheets/min and offers fast production speed. With a complete range of models, it is suitable for most medium and large box plants.
The HS-C Series is an economical option with a maximum design speed of 220 sheets/min. It has simple operation, quick job changeover, and a lower entry cost. These advantages make it suitable for small and medium-sized box plants.
AGICO PAPER equipment uses a continuous automated process. After the corrugated board is fed in, it completes each processing step in sequence. The process mainly includes the following steps.
1. Sheet Feeding
First, place the corrugated board in the feeding area. The machine uses leading-edge feeding to move the board smoothly. At the same time, the machine uses brushes and a dust removal fan to clean paper scraps from the board surface. This helps avoid paper scraps affecting the next process.
2. Flexo Printing
The corrugated board passes through the flexo printing unit. The unit prints patterns and text on the top surface. A hot or cold air system quickly dries the ink.
3. Slotting & Die Cutting
The board first passes through the creasing wheels to form folding lines. The slotting knives then cut the slots and flaps. The die-cutting knives cut handle holes or custom shapes.
4. Folding & Gluing
The servo motor and vacuum suction system control the board feeding and folding. It automatically folds along the creasing lines. The anilox glue roller applies glue evenly. The folding parts are then pressed together to form the box.
5. Counting & Bundling
Finally, the finished boxes are aligned and counted automatically. They are then arranged neatly and sent to the bundling machine. The machine bundles the boxes and discharges them for easy packing and stacking.
