What is a Corrugated Box Die Cutting Machine
The corrugated box die cutting machine uses the die-cutting die to cut and crease the corrugated board based on the pre-designed shape and size. It turns the uncut corrugated board into the required box blank shapes and creases fold lines for easy folding and forming.
Depending on the die-cutting method, corrugated die-cutting machines are divided into automatic rotary die cutters and automatic flatbed die-cutting machines. For corrugated cartons used for common shipping boxes, furniture packaging boxes, and other regular cardboard boxes, a flexo printer slotter die-cutting machine is sufficient to meet production needs, so an additional standalone die-cutting machine may not be necessary.
Corrugated box plants may need to produce pizza boxes, special-structured e-commerce packaging boxes, or display boxes. If their current equipment cannot meet their processing requirements for outlines, tuck flaps, or other structures, they can consider adding a standalone die cutting machine for corrugated boxes.
