CORRUGATOR DRY END

Corrugated Stacker

Receive, stack, and output cut corrugated board.

Corrugated stacker machine for corrugated board production line

The corrugated stacker is auxiliary equipment for the dry end of a corrugated board production line. It is installed behind the NC cut-off machine to receive, stack, and output the cut corrugated board. It makes subsequent handling and packaging more convenient.

Automatic stacker in a corrugated board production line

Automatic Corrugated Stacker Machine for Sale

AGICO PAPER offers the DMT series automatic stacker. It includes the DMT-120, DMT-180, and DMT-250 models. Choose the right machine based on the corrugator line speed, board specifications, and stacking requirements.

DMT-250 Automatic Down Stacker

The DMT-250 is an automatic down stacker for high-speed corrugated board production lines. Our DMT-250 uses computer control and variable-frequency conveying to ensure stable board conveying and stacking. You can also adjust the stacking platform and rear stop according to the stacking requirements. The machine can also connect with the production line management system.

High-Speed Stacking: Suitable for high-speed corrugator lines.

Computer Control: Reduces manual operations and enhances stacking efficiency.

Automatic Adjustment: The stacking platform and rear stop adjust automatically.

Quick Changeover: Reset time as low as about 20 seconds.

DMT-180 Automatic Computerized Delivery Stacker

The DMT-180 has a design speed of 200 m/min; the max working speed reaches 180 m/min. It is suitable for medium- and high-speed corrugated cardboard production lines.

Working Speed: Up to 180 m/min.

Variable-Frequency Conveying: It can adjust the conveying speed according to the production line speed.

Stacking Height: Up to 1600 mm.

DMT-120 Automatic Paperboard Delivery Stacker

If you need to handle long corrugated boards, you can consider the DMT-120 model. This equipment can handle boards up to 2800 mm long and automatically stack, collect, and output them.

Large Board Size: Suitable for corrugated boards up to 2800 mm long.

Automatic Collection: The board is automatically output after stacking.

Lateral Conveying: The electric lateral conveying device moves the stacked boards.

Why Choose AGICO Automatic Corrugated Stacker

Steady conveying

Our machine uses a multi-section conveying structure. Different sections can adjust the speed according to working needs. This helps reduce board deviation during high-speed conveying.

Automatic stacking

The boards are automatically conveyed, stacked, and collected after cutting. You can reduce manual board arrangement and save labor.

Automatic Lifting

During stacking, the lifting mechanism automatically adjusts according to the stacking height. This reduces the need for manual board adjustment.

Neat Stacking

After stacking, the board stack is moved out of the stacking area through the lateral conveying device. This makes further handling and packing easier.

Working Principle of the Corrugated Stacker

The automatic stacker mainly completes continuous board stacking through multi-section conveying, speed adjustment, lifting, and lateral output.

working principle diagram of automatic corrugated stacker
01

Board Feeding

The NC cut-off machine cuts the corrugated board. Then, the board enters the conveying section of the automatic stacker.

02

Board

After the board enters the conveying area, different conveying areas run at different speeds. This gradually slows down the continuously fed boards and allows them to overlap with each other. Then, the boards enter the stacking area.

03

Board Stacking

The boards come to the stacking area and form a stack. As the stack height increases, the lifting mechanism adjusts its position according to the stacking position.

04

Stack Output

The completed board stack is moved out of the stacking area through the lateral conveying device.
