AGICO PAPER equipment uses a PLC and touch screen control for machine operation, order setting, and parameter adjustment. When producing different carton orders, you can set the corresponding parameters on the operation interface.

Machine Type: 2-in-1
Stitching Head Speed: 600 nails/min
Supported Board Layers: 3/5-Ply
During corrugated box production, when both gluing and stitching are required for different corrugated box orders, some carton plants may need two machines to complete these processes. This will increase equipment investment and operating costs.
To meet the demand for integrated gluing and stitching, AGICO PAPER provides an automatic folder gluer stitcher machine. This equipment can complete the gluing or stitching in one machine according to production demands. It helps carton plants reduce equipment investment and save production space. The machine handles board feeding, folding, gluing or stitching, and finished box output. It can stitch 3-ply and 5-ply corrugated boxes, with 7-ply available upon request.
AGICO PAPER offers the AG-ZD1224 automatic folder gluer stitcher machine. This machine uses PLC and touch-screen control to enable quick order switching and adjustment of production parameters.
The equipment’s feeding section uses the vacuum-assisted leading-edge belt. It works with the board positioning system to feed smoothly and reduce feeding deviation.
The stitching section uses a high-speed stitching head with a maximum mechanical speed of 600 stitches/min. The stitch spacing can be adjusted to meet box requirements, and it supports different stitching patterns.
The AG-ZD1224 is suitable for 3-ply, 5-ply, and 7-ply corrugated board. It can handle different box sizes and production orders. An automatic bundling unit is also available, allowing finished boxes to enter the bundling process directly after gluing or stitching.
The corrugated box folder gluer stitcher is equipped with gluing and stitching in one machine. When the corrugated box blank enters the machine, it goes through automatic feeding, folding, gluing or stitching, counting, stacking, and output. Our equipment can choose gluing or stitching based on different order needs.

Corrugated Board Feeding
The corrugated board is fed into the machine and positioned. The feeding section sends the board continuously to the subsequent processing area. This prepares the board for gluing, folding, and stitching.
Gluing Application
In the gluing process, the gluing unit applies glue to the gluing areas. Next, the corrugated board enters the folding section to prepare for joining.
Folding and Forming
After entering the folding section, the corrugated box blank is gradually folded along the existing crease lines. The two edges to be joined are aligned for the following gluing or stitching process.
Gluing or Stitching
According to different production demands, you can choose gluing or stitching to join the corrugated box. During gluing, the folded board is pressed to complete the gluing process. During stitching, the stitching unit completes the stitching at the specified position.
Counting and Stacking
In the final step, the machine connects with the automatic bundling unit. The finished boxes are automatically counted and stacked. The bundling unit is then used to complete the bundling.

AGICO PAPER equipment uses a PLC and touch screen control for machine operation, order setting, and parameter adjustment. When producing different carton orders, you can set the corresponding parameters on the operation interface.

Our machine also uses a vacuum-assisted leading-edge belt for feeding. It continuously and stably feeds corrugated board into the machine for subsequent glue application, folding, gluing, or stitching.

This unit mainly applies glue and bonds carton connection points. When the machine is set for gluing, the corrugated board enters the gluing section for the corresponding gluing process.

The machine uses an imported stitching head for corrugated box stitching. The stitch spacing is adjustable to meet different box requirements.
This system is used for automatic bundling of finished cartons. After gluing or stitching, the finished cartons enter the bundling process.
